Ludlam Trail Plan Drawing generated from District 7 Charrette
Development is concentrated in the stretch of trail between Bird Road (SW 40th Street) and SW 48th Street.
The County is still working with residents to negotiate development density.
The stretch of trail between SW 48th Street and SW 80th Street is currently designated as green space/open trail.
This is a major improvement from past plans, and reflects the efforts of the Ludlam Trail Neighborhood Association and others supporting minimal development of the Ludlam Trail.
And for those of you who just can't get enough of this...
